As title says.
Is there any cracking program that can be running on macOS system, instead of installing Windows directly on MAC?

Imho just buy a cheap windows VPS for it... you can bring one with like 10$/month

Never used VPS tho. Can I fully control it via browser? Or need a program or smth.

you can use "Microsoft Remote Desktop" to control it or any other remote controlling software
