I tried downloading SQLI dumper but its a virus? Will it spread out of my virtual box

I saw a tutorial on how to make HQ combolists, so I tried downloading it on my Oracle Virtual Box but it's a virus. Will it harm my physical PC if I proceed with downloading?​

Please help because I really want to start making combolists.​

I would recommend running any unknown program in Sandboxie.
